Idler monitoring makes it possible to detect even the smallest changes in the vibration behaviour of the idler at an early stage. In this way, damage to the idlers can be detected before expensive breakdowns or unplanned downtimes occur. This predictive maintenance ensures higher system availability and reduces your repair costs in the long term.
