Vibration analysis makes it possible to detect even the smallest changes in vibration behaviour at an early stage. This allows wear and damage to rolling bearings to be detected before expensive failures or unplanned downtimes occur. This predictive maintenance ensures higher system availability and reduces your repair costs in the long term.
The Rip Prevent+ platform is designed to determine the condition of the rolling bearing using small vibration sensors on the rolling bearing.
